Spring Is In The Air!

Well hello there!

Take a big sniff right now. Smell that? That's spring! Technically the first day of spring has already passed, but it takes a few days for Mother Nature to get the memo (at least in Canada).

It's time to put away those sugary warmth smelling candles and get out the fresh clean ones. Or you can pop on over to Walmart and buy the small ones for a dollar, which is exactly what I did.

I only bought two because they didn't have much of a selection out right now, so this post will be quite short.

The first one I bought was called Sweet Pea. It's a pretty common scent and you can find it everywhere at all times of the year, but I like it best for spring.
(The label came off, but I can promise you this is sweet pea)

I also found this gorgeous super clean and super fresh scent called Mixed Berry. I'm not really a fruity candle kind of gal but this is such a nice scent I couldn't pass it up (I almost bought a big one!). I like this one because you can really smell the green apple in it which reminds me a lot of spring.

If you don't have a big budget to decorate your room or house for spring, candles are a nice way to substitute for decorations. Like I said, these small ones cost a dollar, the big ones are $3.97 and last forever. They also have tealights or votives that you can put in candle holders that you already have. Just remember, you don't have to spend a lot of money to decorate!

What are some of your favourite spring scents?
