I'm An Addict...

Well hello there!

Before you get the wrong impression here, let me explain. In my family, we have a very well known addictive gene, and I've inherited it, but not in the sense of alcoholism or drugs. I become addicted to food and drinks, games, websites, activities, or other petty little things, extremely easily. If I spend enough time on something or doing something, I can simply become an addict of it. It definitely is not healthy for my body or my brain, but it would honestly become an addiction to stop being addicted; in order for me to stop being addicted to one thing, I have to become addicted to another.

But enough with the science of my brain and my genes, all the boring topics like those ones. I'm going to share with you a master list of all the things I am addicted to... currently. It'll probably change by next week.

1. The new Kim Kardashian game. I can't express how ridiculous this game is and how I feel as though I will not stop until I get to be an A level celebrity. Or until I don't move up a level in enough time and give up and find something new.

2. Starbucks/Tim Hortons. Essentially it's just coffee in general, but I've started to refuse making my own and would rather pay $6 for a drink that I could do myself. To be fair though, I don't actually get coffee from these places; I order white chocolate mochas and iced cappucino's made with chocolate milk.

3. Numbers. You might not understand this one right away but just hear me out. I have a bunch of social media accounts (all linked above) and also this blog. All of these accounts have followers which are shown in numbers. I like opening my accounts every day to see I have more than the previous day. But my love for larger numbers isn't subject to social media, it includes my bank accounts among other things that I can't think of right now. I also have a thing for lower numbers, like on the scale, on my visa, on my clothes, etc. This stems into my love for math which I used to do while I was on the elliptical at the gym to determine how much more time I had to have sweat dripping down every inch of my body.

4. Talking about the gym, I used to be very addicted to that. I used to go every morning but I had stopped when I went to university. Since this is my current addictions, my newest one related to the gym is to flex my arms to see how much muscle I've gained from work. Yes, I go around my house making everyone feel how ridiculously muscular my arms have gotten.

5. Pineapple. I used to think I hated pineapple until I actually tried some and I've fallen in love with it. I buy a new one every week. I've also started to wear pineapple print on my clothing.

6. Social media. I know I discussed this 2 seconds ago about the numbers, but I'm addicted to checking all of my accounts. It's the first thing in the morning and the last thing of the day that I check, and I'm constantly checking throughout the day. It's pathetic to do this, I know, but I can't help it.

7. The Challenge. It's a tv show put on by mtv and they've had something like 25 seasons. The majority of the cast is from The Real World, and they're competing for money in insane challenges. I've already been through 2 or 3 seasons of it, and I've started following every cast member on Twitter.

8. To go with that one, I've been addicted to mtv.ca. All the shows I watch are on there, and are available at any point in time. I can spend hours upon hours just watch episodes of shows from 4 years ago.

9. Tattoos. I've been looking into getting a half sleeve on my right arm. I think they look so cool and I've been itching for a new tattoo anyway, so what harm could it do to anything besides my bank account?

10. Expensive novelty items. If you read my "freshly broke" post, you'd know that I bought a matching white set of Calvin Klein undergarments. I've been looking into saving up money to buy a Kenzo tee. Basically, I want a bunch of expensive item just for their name. If you can't tell, I'm pretty materialistic.

Another thing I'm going to be addicted to within the next month is ipsy! I recently subscribed to the $10 monthly makeup bag, but not in time for July's order. So, if you'd like to follow along with me for the first "unbagging" post, sign up right here!

That's it for my addictions! Sorry that this post wasn't too interesting or filled to the brim with fashion or pictures! I just thought it might be nice to do a little "get to know me" since I've had a bunch of new readers on Bloglovin! Thanks for reading this!
